For 30 years, the cockpit of advanced airliner jets was my workplace. A place where calm, collaboration, sound judgment and dynamic decision-making weren’t optional – they were essential. Flying taught me how to stay centered in uncertainty, to build trust within a team and to make high-stakes decisions based on both knowledge and intuition.

Today, I choose to redirect that experience toward a new horizon — one shaped by compassion, responsibility and creativity.
