How do local weather patterns influence your plans? I consider prevailing winds, sun exposure, seasonal changes, rainfall and other meteorological realities that may affect how a property is experienced and used.
🌿 Microclimates
A property is rarely one uniform environment. Different areas can have very different conditions depending on orientation, vegetation, water, buildings, terrain and exposure. Understanding these microclimates can help you make better decisions about where things might work — and where they might not.
🏡 Home & Energy Flow
A home is more than a building. I look at how proposed living spaces relate to the land, the surrounding environment and the way you intend to live.

🪶 Animals & People
If animals are part of your plans, their needs should be considered from the beginning rather than added later. I look at the relationship between animal housing, movement, daily routines, people, access and the wider property.
💧 Land, Water & Natural Patterns
Land has its own patterns and dynamics. I consider terrain, water movement, vegetation, soil, exposure and existing natural features, and how these may influence the development of the property.
🔄 The Bigger System
Most importantly, I look at how everything connects. A decision in one area can create opportunities — or constraints — somewhere else.
The purpose is to identify these connections early, before they become expensive problems.

My work is designed to give you a bigger picture at the beginning of your project.
Depending on your situation, this can include:

- Questions and considerations to take to your architect, builder or other specialists

How It Works
1. You share your vision
You tell me what you are planning, what matters to you and how you imagine using the property. You can provide plans, photographs, videos, maps or other relevant information.
2. I step back and look at the whole picture
I analyse the project from a broader perspective, looking for relationships, dependencies, opportunities and potential bottlenecks. This can be done remotely, making the service suitable for projects in different locations.
3. We discuss the findings
I present my observations and questions and discuss what they could mean for your project. The goal is not to tell you what you must do, but to give you a better basis for your own decisions.
4. You move forward with the right specialists
Once the bigger picture has been considered, architects, engineers, builders, landscape professionals and other specialists can develop the project in greater detail.
I help you prepare for those conversations.
What I Don’t Do
Inner Flight is deliberately positioned between the initial idea and the technical execution.
I am not an architect, structural engineer, builder, landscape contractor or specialist consultant.
I do not replace the professionals who will eventually design, calculate, approve or construct your project.
Instead, I provide an independent first-layer assessment that can help you understand the project as a whole and identify the questions that deserve further professional attention.
Think of it as stepping back before moving forward.
Initial Assessment

The fee includes my 3–4 hours of preparation and analysis based on the initial plans, photographs, videos, maps and other information you provide, followed by a 1–1.5-hour live remote session in which I share my observations, findings and recommendations with you.
The standard service is provided through the live remote session; written reports and more extensive project work are not included and can be discussed separately, with any additional fee agreed in advance.
